Hi -
You should really consider a portal or add on the activity tab a place where users can log in and sort the activities made by the email recipients.
For instance, I can't filter by any Click Thru engagement or if a recipient opened the email multiple times on the activities tab. Maybe consider adding these on the drop down. Filter rule for multi could be opened more times than once.

The user would like to have "a statistic that is filtered by sent date? E.g. all mails that have been sent last Friday between 2pm and 5pm. Like to see the overall opening rate etc. for specific time periods. Couldn´t find this option but it would be very helpful as I´d learn about spam filter rates, attractiveness of subject line etc."

When viewing Sent emails, in the MB side panel, 99% of the time I am looking for who has opened it.
So I would love to have a section in the MB side panel (maybe just above 'SEE DETAILS') that is always visible that just has the names/badges of who has opened it.
Having to click SEE DETAILS over and over just to see who has opened it gets quite tedious. And scrolling down the list to see them is also tedious.
It is rare that I need to see every single instance of a view/click or the time they occurred.

It would be great if there a way to see in a dashboard fashion the number of times a link that was included in an email that was opened? The current dashboard only shows last 48 hours for emails opened. There is no way to filter time time frame which would be great. So i guess what I am saying is the need for greater functionality that goes with email and link tracking.

I would like to receive an email with the tracking statistics each time we track an email (maybe you could have a toggle switch so we could determine if we needed this report or not per email). Ideally I would like to use Zapier and send this info over to our CRM so that we can have this info in our database, not just in our email. To do this we would need to receive an email, maybe 48 hours later (?), that included open and link tracking and the contact’s email address. Then with Zapier I could make it auto-fill our CRM database.
