Iuliia Artemeva Can you please elaborate? Do they sync with Google Labels?

Julian C. Gomez Hi! thank you for reaching out. Currently you could create Mailbutler tags and assign them to your emails / contacts / notes / tasks. https://help.mailbutler.io/help/how-do-i-add-tags
Unfortunately, due to the integration limitation we could not provide the synchronisation of Mailbutler tags with Gmail native labels.

I would suggest a number of points:
a) Have the user define a list of tags available in the main viewer window. Currently, the only way to apply a tag is to open an email and then manually click on the tag name. Use this list to tag the mail from the main viewer window.
b) Have the ability to bulk apply tags that is: select a group of messages and tag them all at once.

I would like to add tagging to the automation capabilities

Easy way to identify unsnoozed emails

patrick
Unsnoozed emails are not easily (at a glance) identifiable from within the other new emails in the Inbox. It would be nice to have a quick way to see that it is an unsnoozed email visually. Without going to the Mailbultler sidebar.

Hi Joshua,
Could you give us a little bit more explanation about what your use case is and how this would help you?
Thanks!
