Daily Task reminder (Snooze-replacement) I would like to mark individual emails in such a way that Mailbutler reminds me of them daily until I check them off.

I start an email in Apple Mail on my MacBook Pro M4. That email is sent to the draft folder in Apple Mail, it also appears in Mailbutler. I change my mind and del;ete that email from Apple Mail but it remains in Mailbutler.

It would be great if tasks could be linked to zoho crm, also a custom made email widget from the crm itself would be fantastic

export all tracking information into a csv file I would really like to have this feature. I am working with a lead score to rank my leads. Knowing how many times they opened the mail is a very important indication of their level of interest and is a large portion of the lead score.

Your email tracking only shows what country the person is from. Can you please add in what state and city the email was opened from as most services provide? Please also list the ip easily.

Has your team considered adding this essential feature — to be able to define the color of an account (like in Spark or AirMail?)

It would be great if there a way to see in a dashboard fashion the number of times a link that was included in an email that was opened? The current dashboard only shows last 48 hours for emails opened. There is no way to filter time time frame which would be great. So i guess what I am saying is the need for greater functionality that goes with email and link tracking.

I upgraded to Sonoma on my Mac and downloaded the developer version of Mailbutler. I hate this box that is attached to each email and I miss the check marks which used to be next to each email. One check mark for sent and Two check marks when the email was read. PLEASE bring this feature back and get rid of this annoying box. Mailbutler was perfect before I upgraded to Sonoma. This new version is not user friendly in my opinion.

Many users are still using mojave for compatibility with 32 bit apps, which does not have an unsubscribe feature in that version of apple mail
