CRM integration with Zoho

The activities tab used to have the names of the recipients for emails sent to individual recipients but not multiple recipients. It now gives the names of who opened when there are multiple recipients which is great but can you please put back the names of recipients for individual recipient emails in the Activities tab? Thanks

I would also greatly appreciate a per-recipient tracking report that we can use as documentation in legal proceedings. Concretely, something we can filter by recipient and export including, per message: Recipient, subject, and Message-ID Sent/scheduled timestamps and timezone Server acceptance / delivery status (and any bounce details) Opens and link clicks with timestamps (and, where available, IP / user agent) A tamper-evident signature or hash for evidentiary purposes For privacy and confidentiality reasons, I won’t be able to share entire messages, but I can provide partial headers or anonymized Message-IDs if needed for debugging.

UI/UX suggestion for “Send Later”: It would also be very helpful if it were more obvious when a message has been successfully scheduled. In practice, I’ve accidentally re-sent messages a couple of times because the state wasn’t clear. Two ideas that might help: After scheduling, automatically return to the previous view/folder (instead of leaving the compose window “active”). Show a prominent, non-blocking confirmation (e.g., a banner or toast) that includes the scheduled send time and a quick link to “View scheduled message.”

Option to change the arrangement of signature elements in the signature templates.

Whether you've created 30 templates or just onboarded a new team member, selecting templates one by one to share is tedious. There should be an option to select multiple templates at once to reduce administrative effort.

Signatures: It contains English terms such as ‘Address’ and ‘Phone’. I would like to have these translated into Dutch. If changing the language is challenging, perhaps it can be adjusted manually

Ai should be able to pre write a reply to the email for me, and in my tone, and I can edit or send it, saving me a load of time.
