delete un email from Mailbutler

Especially when using macOS in expose, it happens that the Mailbutler (side) menu takes up valuable space in width. The solution would be to position the mailbutler menu horizontally under your mail application. This also ensures that when choosing attachments to an email, the Mailbutler menu gets in the way of finding the attachment in your Finder.

This has been going on for months! Tacking can be see in the MB app but errors show when sending emails. Gmail and Apple mail in particular

I’m still waiting for a list of emails to read. I love a floating list on my desktop with just a list of things to read. Click on them, open the email. Perhaps you assign them a new flag color.

Please put send later messages in special folder instead of Outlook drafts When I schedule a message for send later, it gets stored in outlook's drafts folder. This means that my drafts folder has a mix of emails that are really drafts and ones that are scheduled to go out. There is no easy way to tell the difference between the two. this is because outlook does not have ability to pin the mailbutler addon into the sidebar for messages in draft mode. So to find an email in drafts that still needs to get finished up you need to click thru one by one, open the mailbutler addon sidebar on each and check send later value. VERY CUMBERSOME. :( Alternatively (instead of separate folder) if there was some way to distinguish drafts from queued send later messages that would work.

Daily Task reminder (Snooze-replacement) I would like to mark individual emails in such a way that Mailbutler reminds me of them daily until I check them off.

I start an email in Apple Mail on my MacBook Pro M4. That email is sent to the draft folder in Apple Mail, it also appears in Mailbutler. I change my mind and del;ete that email from Apple Mail but it remains in Mailbutler.

It would be great if tasks could be linked to zoho crm, also a custom made email widget from the crm itself would be fantastic

export all tracking information into a csv file I would really like to have this feature. I am working with a lead score to rank my leads. Knowing how many times they opened the mail is a very important indication of their level of interest and is a large portion of the lead score.

What I would specifically prefer is to receive email reminders, rather than just notifications (I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to), because I might miss notifications — but if I receive an email, I won’t miss it.
