The feature of being able to pre-set follow-ups with 5-6 user-defined times was extremely useful and should be reintroduced urgently. The new smart follow-ups are not meeting expectations. It would be ideal if users had the option to choose between smart options and manually setting their own times. This would significantly improve usability and meet the needs of all users.
