Tag the whole "email thread" (including new incoming and sent emails)

It would be very useful if it was possible to add tags to the whole email "thread" as well, not only every single mail in a dialogue. It could for example follow the subject or combination of subject and contact(s) involved.
This should include that new incoming and sent emails in the same email thread should be tagged automatically.

I definitely need this too. Actually this is the ONLY reason for me to buy Mailbuttler. All the other stuff is irrelevant to me. Notes, tasks and tags on entire mail threads.
