To understand better how Mailbutler could help you with your workflow, would it perhaps already help you if we were to provide an extra social link possibility for Zoom in Signatures? Alternatively, if you are always using the same Zoom link, have you thought about adding this link in a Template?
Otherwise, a full plugin would be rather something for Zoom to provide and not so much in our scope.

I would welcome a Zoom plug-in to Apple mail so I could set up Zoom meetings directly from Apple Mail / Mailbutler. I suspect that’s outside of your future development because it would need some form of collaboration with zoom.
At present, Zoom do not appear to have any plans in this area. They do offer a Zoom plug-in for Outlook however.
