We’ve introduced a new set of modern email signature templates that replace the old legacy versions. These modern templates offer improved formatting, cleaner design, and more flexible layout options, giving you a stronger foundation for building polished signatures.
If you’re still using a legacy template, switching to a modern one will allow you to take full advantage of the improved editor and updated formatting options.
Quick tip before editing your existing signatures
To update an existing signature, you’ll first need to upgrade its template to the modern format.
Please keep in mind:
Upgrading may change the appearance or structure
 of your existing signature
These changes cannot be undone
 once applied
If you’re not sure, we strongly recommend making a copy
 of your current signature first
This ensures you can safely revert or compare versions if needed.
