Perhaps a new an “action tag” could be assigned to a contact which would indicate that no tracking is set. Other “action tags” might be created. The principle is modeled in Mailbutler automations.

Tracking exceptions

You may want to consider adding a “tracking-exception” list. It would be useful to have tracking on by default, but to provide some automatic preset exceptions. In particular, it would be nice to not have tracking set for mailing lists, since so many notifications can come back from them and it's not that important to know when it's been opened. Likewise, it might be good to disable tracking for those you know would object. I know this can be done manually for individual posts, but we often forget. Perhaps a tracking "blacklist" of email addresses could be put in place.

One of my contacts is a listserv which goes out to 50 subscribers. I don't what to track the activity for all those subscribers, so I turn off the tracker when posting to the list.

Eli Camhi Hi! Thank you for your request! Could you share a bit more about the reasons or use cases where you'd want to disable tracking for certain recipients?
Currently we also provide the following options, please see the screenshot attached.

Agreed. I would like to turn off email tracking at the Contact card level so I do not need to remember to manually turn it off when emailing a contact.
