export all tracking information into a csv file
I would really like to have this feature. I am working with a lead score to rank my leads. Knowing how many times they opened the mail is a very important indication of their level of interest and is a large portion of the lead score.

Fabian How?
Fabian
Julian, you can find the exporting option in Mailbutler's "Account&Preferences" under "General"

Reliable and intelligible tracking exports

It would be very helpful if exports included a clear schema/field description and daily row counts, so users can verify completeness of their tracking data. Having intelligible exports would make troubleshooting dashboard discrepancies much easier and build trust in the product.

Per-recipient tracking report

I would also greatly appreciate a per-recipient tracking report that we can use as documentation in legal proceedings. Concretely, something we can filter by recipient and export including, per message:
- Recipient, subject, and Message-ID
- Sent/scheduled timestamps and timezone
- Server acceptance / delivery status (and any bounce details)
- Opens and link clicks with timestamps (and, where available, IP / user agent)
- A tamper-evident signature or hash for evidentiary purposes
For privacy and confidentiality reasons, I won’t be able to share entire messages, but I can provide partial headers or anonymized Message-IDs if needed for debugging.

Be able to download open or click tracking report
Fabian
Marina, we will definitely consider such an export. What kind of file format do you have in mind? Would a simple CSV file be sufficient for your purpose?

Is this feature available now?

I think this info would be a game changer as it would allow users to perform analytics on a much larger data set.
Fabian
How would you further process the exported CSV?
I am wondering whether a direct integration with CRM tools would be even more beneficial for you, Castillo M. Sam Evans Lucy

Fabian in my case I would use csv data to cross reference the email-open data with my FileMaker client database

I have created my own crm with v0 ai. I use a leadscore to rank the open leads. An important missing part is that i cannot score on the basis of how many times a lead has opened my mail with my quotation, or clicked on the links in the mail. I have studied the relationship between my orders and tracking information concluded that new customers opened and clicked a lot more than other leads. So i would love an API connection where my leadscore is influenced by the tracking information.

It would be great if there was a way of exporting all the client data to a spreadsheet, so if you send an email campaign you could see % open rate etc? I'm currently trying to justify the price of Mailbutler as compared to other programs it seems very limited in its scope of a CRM, which is pretty essential once you pass a certain number of clients or are running mass email campaigns.
