Unfortunately I need to still use another program to manage contacts....

Mail Butler lacks in using it as a full functioning contact manager. I cannot add contacts from my phone that only have phone numbers. That is super important. Another feature that I need for my work is the ability to look up a contact via Company...sort of goes back to manually inputting contacts with other info than a direct email. Have you considered making the Contact feature more robust with additional ways to add information?
