I would like to see a mechanism by which we would be notified when someone has opened the emails more than a certain # of times. You could also make a filter so that individuals could choose their personal threshold. That way if someone looks at an email more than X number of times, you gauge potential interest.

Hi, as a long time Mailtrack user, the most important function I'm missing in Mailbutler is getting a notification for every open, since right now it only shows for the first one. Mailtrack also notifies you when it's been one day and 5 days without a mail being read, and when it's being open after a long while (one or more weeks, one or more months), i think this is super necessary for Mailbutler.

I know I can check whether a mail is read/not read by the addressee. I also know that I can have notification about the opened mails. I use the latter in Banners mode which is perfect for most of the time. But sometimes I find myself constantly checking a given mail whether it was opened or not. I either keep it open on my desk, or checking the mail in the sent folder.

Is it possible to ask for Alert notification when a given mail is opened when the default notification is Banners?

Is there maybe any other idea how to get notified about a given mail? Rules or something...
