A feature that is insanely valuable is to send to multiple users at the same time, but to each user, it appears they are the only recipient. Feature exists in Cloze.

I want to send an email to 100 recipients in a single email. I don't want to use the BCC function. I want to send one email to 100 recipients in a way that makes each recipient think the email is sent only to them. With BCC, it's clear that the email is a group message.

I run a children’s charity serving UK schools with songs that help children strengthen their mental and emotional well-being.

We have around 2000 schools we regularly correspond with. 900 of these are members and access our resources online.

Many schools delete ‘mass produced’ emails eg from Mailchimp etc. I would like to be able to send schools an email that looks as if it’s come from me personally. I would therefore like to know if Mailbutler provides a way for me to send, for example 900 emails at once, where it automatically inserts the name of the person it is going to, yet gives the feel that they have received a personal email from me rather than a mass email.

If Mailbutler were able to develop this, it would be a fabulous addition to what you already offer.

This adjustment will allow to see a preview of an email draft with applied template, correct inconsistencies in advance and send it in expected format.

Please create a feature where we can send a template email to our contacts but that it looks like it is going out to individual contacts. Thank you!
