Many users are still using mojave for compatibility with 32 bit apps, which does not have an unsubscribe feature in that version of apple mail

Or even earlier operating systems!
I realize that people were using it on spam, and getting poor results, but that's not a reason to remove the feature. Perhaps disable it in the Junk folder?
