Ranking emails with importance and urgency
K-S Kuo
I wish MailButler's AI Assistant can rank the new email messages in my inbox with, say, three grades of importance and three grades of urgency in a square 9-cell matrix/table. For example, the three columns can correspond to high, medium, and low importanc, while the three rows correspond to high, medium, and low urgency. Each cell contains the number of messages in the corresponding category. When I click on the number in a cell, it displays the messages (clickable subject line) in that category. MailButler takes me to the message in the inbox when I click on the clickable subject line in the list...
Perhaps, there should also be a list for all the rest of new messages, which I don't have to pay much attention to when I am busy.

300 emails a day
Erich Hugo
I recieve between 100 and 300 emails a day ranging in importance. I am a lone worker consultant and do not have the budget to hire an assistant. Just going through my emails takes too much time. I also work as a consultant on a remote outlook server so all intelligence need to run client side. I need Mailbutler to scan my local outlook email box, and when I log in the morning I get a summary from Mail butler of Important emails, task, projects, meetings based on my email
