Boomerang-style 'remind me laters'

Need a better way to be reminded of emails I need to follow-up on in the future. I like how boomerang does it; unfortunately the side panel on mailbutler doesn't solve that need for me.

Extend the "when I send an email" automation with tag conditions
T
Tamas
Use case: I send a lot of emails, many of them are sales related. Having a follow up task reminder to all emails send (current implementation) would be an overkill, but when I tag an email as sales, I would like to system to remind me to follow up on the email.
So I would like to have an extra tag condition in the "Add follow up task to email", so that in only triggers if any of the email tags are in the list

Automated follow-up email

Add an automation that sends a follow-up email (from a template) if a sent message was opened but not replied to within a set time frame (e.g., 3 days).

Multiple Follow-Up Reminders
C
Caro from Mailbutler
On behalf of a user:
Since I need to follow emails or projects in different period of time, I would need to set up a reminder with multiple date at the same time.
For example I would like to send an email to my co-worker asking him to develop a prototype of a headphone. I know that the period of development will take about 4 months. I would like to set up the following reminders:
- 3 days if no reply
- 3 weeks later for an updated situation regardless any replies
- 2 months later for an updated situation regardless any replies
- 3 months later for an updated situation regardless any replies
- 3.5 months later for an updated situation regardless any replies
But instead of getting back the emails from my « sent » folder and create individual reminders every time, I would like to set up all these 5 reminders at the same time.
I know that followup.cc can do as they just need to add multiple email address « time and date » at the recipient under Bcc (3days@followup.cc; 3weeks@followup.cc; 2 months@followup.cc;….).

Follow up notification if an email has not been OPENED by a certain date and time

adding on behalf of a user:
Mailbutler offers Follow-up tasks that remind you to follow up on an email if your recipient has not replied to you by a set date and time. But it would be nice if Mailbutler could also send you a notification if the recipient has not OPENED an email by a set date and time.

Seems like a fitting substitution for Snooze. I like it.
