When sending an email to multiple recipients, it would be nice to be able to see who received it and who opened it, one by one.

For now, we only have the initials of their names (or maybe I just don't know how to find this feature!).

I would also add that the initials following the name do not indicate the initial of the first name, but rather the initial of the title. Which is not very useful!
