My need is per @domainname.com. I would like the signature to be different if mailed to a co worker vs an outside person

There are some contacts that can't handle all of MB links etc in the signature (they think it's spam). If would be nice if I was mailing to a certain contact, it will also select a certain signature.

Both options would be great!
But the first priority would be to match a signature to a recipient address.
I have two almost identical signatures with two polite formulas:
-Cordially
-Amicably : for my private correspondents.
Sometimes I forget to check if it is the right one!
the second option, interesting, seems to me more complicated to implement and would deserve a good logical reflection!
Thanks for question 😉
(these are polite words translated from French!)

Vincent, could you give us some more insights what this feature is meant for and how it could work?
Would the signature selection only depend on the recipient's email address or would it also depend on other attributes of the email?

I send an e-mail to my family, the signature is different from the one I would use for a work relationship:
Example:
myson@xx.com -> Family signature
mysupplier@xx.com -> Business signature
If I don't check every time, I could make a mistake and use the wrong signature for the correspondent.
It's been the same request since 2022! 😉
Fabian
Vincent, but do you imagine having a list of email addresses for each signature?

Yes.
Maybe with an apprenticeship (AI!) , noting that I always use the same signature with some correspondents, this one would later be proposed by default. Even if you can change it if necessary (as currently).
This means that there is a default signature, among the existing ones, for each correspondent.
